']]}Based on part 1, i have a few questions that really perplex me....
- Why do we have speed breakers on highways?
- Why do buses stop in the middle of the road to offload passengers?
- Why do cows chill on highways? Or on any roads for that matter?
- Why are bikes not allowed on the Bombay - Puna Expressway?
- Why do people drive with their lights perpetually on high beam?
- Why are dogs in rural India out to commit suicide?
- Why is the traffic really bad when the roads are perfect and no traffic just when the roads look like a bad case of polio? If anyone says, "duh, that's Murphy's law", expect to get shot in the back of the head.
- Why do we have an aversion for road signs? Considering that money can be made contracting out road signage, why dont local muncipalties look into that as a bribe raking-in option? I mean, even if the signs are illegible or blantantly wrong, atleast they are there...something like a first step....
