Bahan :
15 batang pete muda, potong-potong tanpa dikupas kulitnya.

Bumbu Halus :
50 gr cabe merah keriting direbus ( banyakin kalau suka pedas ).
2 buah tomat merah direbus ( 175 gr ).
3 butir bawwang merah digoreng.
1 butir bawang putih digoreng.
1 sdt garam
1 sdm gula merah ( bisa ditambah kalau suka manis ).

Cara Membuat :
Potongan pete digoreng setengah matang, angkat tiriskan.
Panaskan tiga sdm minyak, lalu tumis bumbu, hingga harum, masukkan pete, beri air sedkit, lalu masak hingga air mengental ( pete matang ).
